We are an Aussie Kiwi family with 11 month and 3 year old boys. We were in Hoi An for 10 nights in rainy December. Thao and her cohort of incredible women, Ms Hong and Ms Thoa, were nothing short of a godsend for us. My youngest son had an asthma attack on the night we arrived so I spent 2 nights in Pacific Hospital with him and Daddy was there as much as possible. While we were there Thao took wonderful care of our 3 year old for a few very long days. After the hospital, we had one of Thao’s Nannies helping us for the rest of our stay and they were all wonderful. For a while my sister’s family was with us too and they have a 2 year old boy so it was full chaos in the house!! I couldn’t recommend Thao enough. Organized, punctual and loving. Thank you so much Thao, Thoa and Nanny Hong.

Ms Le was excellent! It was a very last-minute booking and Ms Le arrived very early on both days, and even offered to stay a little bit later when we were running late one evening. She took wonderful care of our baby and made sure she had playtime, nap time, and all her meals and milk. We felt very safe, leaving baby with her care. Highly recommend Thao babysitting service!!!

I reached out to Thảo on Christmas Day for help with a sitter, after realising we needed some help with our toddler to enjoy the holiday. She contacted her colleague immediately (also named Thảo) and was able to help out from that day itself. Thảo was patient, confident and proactive. She was able to win over my daughter and they played together nicely. She managed her while we went out for some sightseeing. My daughter was in pain due to teething and she offered to help find the right local teething gel since I didn’t have any. We were really lucky to get Thảo to help on our trip, and I’d definitely recommend her

Amazing service.. all the staff are so lovely. We have a 1 year old and 3 year old and they had the best time with the babysitter. Highly recommend

The best Indian cuisine I’ve ever had. Everything was very tasty, and the staff were highly professional (they paid attention to many small details) and attentive, as well as extremely friendly toward our daughter. They all spoke English well. My only complaint would be the small portion of naan you get when you order it. I’d say it’s about one third of the usual serving you get at other places. Also, the price is obviously quite high for Vietnam. They currently have Michelin’s Bib Gourmand, and I think it’s clear they are aiming for the star. Good luck!

Absolutely fantastic!!! Food, service and atmosphere all 10/10. Special mention to our fabulous waiter Shah, who gave us his phone and then i pad and watched the India v England cricket with us…. Great touch and made for a great night x

Food was excellent. Have been away from home for couple of weeks and was craving for Indian and what gem I found. Every dish we ordered was delicious and the presentation was awesome. Our server Shah was so helpful in recommending few dishes which we had never tried and they turned out to be great. I would go back in a heart beat

Come and see Shah here and he will give you excellent service. We had a great dinner here. Everything we tried was excellent. Chicken tikka, butter chicken and the lamb were all delicious.
